UniArt Technical Works is a newly established maintenance company in UAE. They need to create a website where customers can book their service through the website. The Management invited you, as a system analyst to describe their requirement. In your first meeting, the Manager indicated his need for a website where customers can click to select and book a service, then they can enter their location and details. In addition to customers ability to pick an available time slot to receive a maintenance staff. The management expects that the new system will reduce booking errors, will increase customer satisfaction and increase operational efficiency. They just put one condition that the system must be installed by June 1st (this meeting was in end of January). They expect a full report by end of February with a full detailed planning.
