You will perform a feasibility study of this project by using a spreadsheet to create a budget that considers subtotals for hardware, software, and labor and perform a cost-benefits analysis to report the Net Present Value (NPV), return on investment (ROI) and breakeven. The project will be delivered three months after approval within a budget of $350.000.00. GDS expects 20% return on investment with 10% interest rate. Using information from the feasibility study, prepare a Business Case and Project Charter to gain project approval
