Azhad is aware of the fact that he has got certain powers as the Managing director of the Company. Although the directors have the general power to manage the company, power to carry out certain functions is given to the shareholders either in general meeting or by written resolution. State and explain to Azhad the duties and powers he is being granted to as the Managing Director, the duties of the board of directors and powers of the shareholder.
