I am getting really frustrated. I just checked my account, and I was charged yet again for the full $$130$ membership fee after I made it painfully clear that I need to cancel. You even said yourself you took care of the cancelation last week. What happened? I understand that this pandemic has closed local businesses, including my own $-$ I have not been able to shoot weddings for two months $($i$.$e$.$ make money$)$ so I would very much appreciate a re ind. I absolutely hate confrontation, and I really don't want this to stain our relationship. But right now, I find it incredibly unfair that you are charging me for a service I can no longer take full advantage of$.$ The online home workout videos are great, but I do not watch them as all the gym equipment needed for them was checked out.

With that, I really do wish you and the gym the best during these trying times. I miss our community more than anything, and I look forward to returning once it's safe. $-JP$
