By most standards, many people believe that the cost of health care, even with insurance coverage, is beyond reasonable and extremely high. Many, however, cannot always quantify or qualify how much they think health care "should" cost. As a consumer of health care and based on your knowledge and any experiences in paying for care, discuss what you think should be included in the cost of care both for services and products and whether or not cost would affect your decision to have a procedure or service if you were underinsured or uninsured (i.e. would you still have it done no matter the cost).
