Tom really empathizes with new employee, Raffael, whom he had trained at Thompson Trucking. Raffael is from Mexico and does not speak English very well. The other guys at work make comments and remarks deliberately to confuse Raffael. Tom is getting pretty frustarted but he is not yet ready to stick up for Raffael.
