It is expected that the activity could be completed within 140 hours. The project manager is identifying a suitable worker from the operation department to do the job. Workers from the operation department are invited to perform the task twice and the times of the two trials are recorded. It is assumed that the improvement ratio is estimated from the two trials. Peter is one of the workers invited to perform the test. He performs the first test operation of the task in 20 minutes and the second one in 18 minutes. i) Use the Learning Curve Tables in the appendix to find the expected time for Peter to perform the 20 th operation.
