Create a program that will add a certain series of integers. The number of integers is not known ahead of time. You must

a. Prompt the user for the number of integers that will be added together.

b. Prompt the user for the actual numbers and place them in a dynamically created array.

c. Add together all the integers that are in EVEN positions in the array (such as position 0, 2, 4, etc.)

d. Display the result and delete the array.
