I need a function that take in an array, a width and height. Then converts the array into a 2d array bassed on the width and height.

Please dont use pointers, return the new 2d array and it will be assigned to a variable outside the function. Also try to keep it simple for a newer programmer.

example. array = {1,2 3,4} width = 2 height = 2 2darray = 2dArrayMaker(array, width, height) 2dArray = {{1,2},{3,4}}
