[C++] LinkedBag and an ArrayBag - Read a list (from the attached file) of reported potholes (latitude, longitude pairs) and add them to a Bag of Point objects ( add to a LinkedBag and an ArrayBag).

note: for this project the Point class will be templated.

Ask the user to add new potholes and let them know whether they have been reported already.

Once it is working, modify ArrayBag so that it uses a dynamically allocated array (include the copy constructor and destructor and assignment operator).

As always, follow the style guidelines and upload the files and at least one screen shot of the working code that demonstrates that the code works properly.
