The ParkingTicket Class:

To report the make, model, color, and license number of the illegally parked car

To report the amount of the fine, which is $25 for the first hour or part of an hour that the car is illegally parked, plus $10 for every additional hour or part of an hour that the car is illegally parked

To report the name and badge number of the police officer issuing the ticket

The PoliceOfficer Class:

This class should simulate a police officer inspecting parked cars. The classs responsibilities are:

To know the police officers name and badge number

To examine a ParkedCar object and a ParkingMeter object, and determine whether the cars time has expired

To issue a parking ticket (generate a ParkingTicket object) if the cars time has expired

The Driver Class/File:

This will be where your main is found.

Be sure your program:

Separates class declaration from implementation

Has a set and get member function for each data member

Appropriately uses public and private data members and member functions

Appropriately use static and constant members

Your program should contain multiple menus that allow the user to perform all the actions described above. Be sure to verify that all the prerequisites are met before allowing the user to perform an action. (i.e., You cannot issue a parking ticket if no PoliceOfficer instance exists)
