Write a program that: 1) calls a function to get an integer value from the user.

2) passes a 2D array and users number to a function, which will search the array to find the number provided by the user. This function should return the location so it can be presented to the user as Target X found at row Y, col Z! in main. If the number provided by the user is not found the function should return -1 and the user notified Target X not found. Since non-computer scientists count rows and columns starting with 1, display row & column answer in that same fashion.

Your array must be a minimum of 6 x 6, with non-consecutive but ordered values.
