Using initialization lists, create these one-dimensional arrays to:

hold the names of the countries (see note below)

hold the names of the artists (see note below)

hold the streaming amounts for the 5 artists for the USA

hold the streaming amounts for the 5 artists for Canada

hold the streaming amounts for the 5 artists for the UK

hold the streaming amounts for the 5 artists for Australia

you may create additional one dimensional arrays to hold the country totals, and the artists totals but this is optional for this assignment. If you use these arrays, the totals must be calculated by your code using the arrays identified above

Use the data from the example below.

Your C program should take the data in the arrays described above, calculate the artists totals, calculate the country totals and produce the output below, neatly formatted as shown:
