Using ctype.h and isalpha, create function that sees the next numeric string from the standard input stream.

The function must have 4 returns:

return 1 if string is alphabetic

return 2 if the alphabet string contains ','

return 3 if the alphabetic string ends with three newlines

return EOF if it doesn't have any of the above.
