C++ Question: Design a function that merges two given strings and returns the merged version as follows:

string mergeStrings(const string &a, const string &b);

a = "abc"

b="defg"

result = "adbecfg"

The prototype of the function must be: string mergeStrings(const string &a, const string &b);

You should be creating a mergeStrings.h header file, a mergeStrings.cc file, and other file for main as test program. Also the header file contains the prototype and any includes you need, the cc file contains the implementation.

Should be compiled in g++ in terminal on Ubuntu. Thanks!
