C&A Cleaner uses a five$-$step process to dry clean garments: tagging, pretreatment, dry cleaning, spot cleaning, and finishing. In tagging, a number tag is attached to each garment for tracking purposes. In stain pretreatment, stains are identified on garments and chemicals applied to the stains. In dry cleaning, up to $80$ pounds of garments are placed in a large drum machine where water$-$free solvents remove traces of dirt and oil. In spot cleaning, stains on each garment which didn't come out earlier are identified and removed. And, finally, in finishing, garments are pressed and retagged, and placed in bags for pickup.
