Camellia is a professional account who was hired by pyramid Bhd as the paayroll manager. She works closely with Datuk Kassim, yhe Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pyramid Bhd. Before Camellia started her job at Pyramid Bhd. Datuk Kassim emphasized to her on the need to maintain strice confidentiality regarding employees' salaries and pay scales. On Camelia's first day in Pyramid Bhd, she was introduced too Tan Sri Donald, who told Camelia to see him if she has any problems at work.
After four months of employment, Camelia notices the Kasman, a technician, who is also the cEO;s brother, makes so much commission compared to the other technicians. She assumes that kasman must be highly qualitified and must be working hard. Every Monday, Camelia would prepare the job sheet for all Pyramid Bhd's technicians. The technicians are instructed to take whatever job given and are not allowed to choose their job tasks. They cannot even choose the work that they prefer or work that given higher commissions. One day, however, camelia receives a memorandum from the cEO, asking her to given easier and high commission work to his brother , Kasman. On the other hand, the company's policy prohibits favouritism. Camelia is uncertain what she would do.
