can anyone help me with the answer for this
NEGOTIATION ASSESSMENT (20%) ENGLISH LANGUAGE COURSE SCENARIO The company is expanding and opening a branch in Sydney, Australia and Doha, Qatar. Therefore, members of staff will be required to communicate with their colleagues abroad as well as deal with more and more international clients. The company wants members of staff to improve their English communication skills. Thus, the company has hired a consultant team to train the staff. All members of staff are required to attend the training which will take place on Saturday and Sunday for four hours over the next 12 weekends. Staff must attend a total of 48 hours of English communication class to be able to communicate proficiently. The members of staff are unhappy with this arrangement as this means that they will have no weekend which is an important time to rest and spend quality time with the family. Some members of staff are studying part time and have class on weekends. Others feel that they do not need the English communication skill as they already have good English. The company has arranged a meeting to discuss the issue. YOUR TASK AND GOAL Based on the situation above; discuss and negotiate the best actions to be taken and the solution to deal with the problem. You have approximately 30 minutes to discuss. GROUP ROLES Party A: Representative(s) of the Training Department Party B: Representative(s) of the employee (from different departments - technical, administrative and support staff)
