From the perspective of a project manager or project champion, create the business justification for investing your organization's resources in a technology project within the area of I.T. operations, or network communications.

You are to clearly define the scope, time, and cost goals of the project as well as criteria for determining the project's success. Be realistic and creative when considering the project's parameters and constraints. Make sure to include references justifying the cost and validity of the

project.
