QUESTION 4 a) Erika was 17 years old when she received a scholarship offered by Yayasan Multimedia amounting RM 100,000.00 to further her studies in accounting course in Multimedia University. According to the contract, she is bound to serve with Multimedia Berhad for 5 years after graduating from the university. 4 years later, Erika successfully graduated and started working as Account Executive in Multimedia Berhad. After 1 year, Erika decided to resign since she felt unhappy with his working environment and would like to start her own business. Since Erika failed to comply with the scholarship agreement, Yayasan Multimedia wants to take legal action against Erika.
