Can someone give me a layout for this HTML assignment?

For this project, you will pick a state or country and create a site about it. Each student must choose a different state or country Whatever country you want Suvadip. You will have 3 web pages: a home page, a page with historical information, and a page with places to visit. Here are the requirements for your site: Homepage with at least five facts about your state or country (ex: capital, motto, etc.) A page with historical information (in your own words) about the state or country. Include a bulleted list of at least five famous people from the state or country. A page with places to visit. You must include at least three pictures/clip art on this page. You must include links to all pages as well as a link to an outside site related to your state or country.

They do not have to do a country, just help me make the layout for the project. Plus explain how it is done.
