Can someone help me identify the structure of the molecule based on the mass spectrum and the IR spectrum? The mass spectrum can contain the elements C, H, N, O, and halogens. Judging from the IR spectrum, there is a carbonyl group (1750 cm-1) and either an O-H or secondary amine (3600 cm-1) in the molecule.
