As the team leader of the team you began planning in the Team Building course, predict two possible problems that might arise, and explain how you might use lateral and/or systematic thinking to try to resolve these problems. 2. Identify a belief or perception you hold about a topic of interest to you. Then, reflect on your own thinking to determine why you formed that perception. (There are probably more than one reason). 3b. How can understanding perception help you evaluate your performance? 4. Using the Edward De Bono's "Six Thinking Hats" technique, come up with either a hypothetical or real life scenario, to give examples of what each different hat might reveal.
