Can someone walk me through this using SAS or MiniTab?

I need to do the following:

1. Examine scatter plots of on , log() on , on log(), and log() on log(). For each plot, state whether a linear relationship looks appropriate or inappropriate.
2. Give the equation of the least-squares regression line for the most appropriate of these four regressions relating to . (The most appropriate choice is debatable so full credit will be given to any reasonable answers.)
3. Write a statement that provides an interpretation of the slope of the most appropriate least-squares regression line
