You were hired by a Canadian Maple Syrup farmer located in the provinces of Ontario or Quebec, to help his company export his Maple Syrup to international markets. His company is producing the syrup but does not have any knowledge in international business. You are the consultant, the knowledgeable person in international busines. Using your knowledge accumulated so far in your course you have to: 1. Explain in a few points form the negotiation process and prepare an International Sales Contract 2.
