a) How does changing the broad institutional framework and changes in access to resources and funding change the behavior of nonprofit organizations? Are new incentives created that redirect the organizations' behavior (think about political as well as economic strategies)? What are these incentives?

c) What are the implications of this behavior for the social mission nonprofits usually pursue?
