Some key elements of the TO-BE process will include the implementation of a digital platform, such as a family app, which will ensure task are identified, listing, and assignment. This system will help as a visual reminder for all family members and ensure that tasks are clearly documented and available to everyone who lives in the home.By using a digital platform, we can create a centralized system for all chore-related information, making it easier to track and manage tasks. Everyone forgets things sometimes and can use a little help from time to time. Life can sometimes be a little chaotic. This will eliminate the inconsistencies and gaps in communication that arise from verbal and informal methods.

Using this digital platform, will allow for task to be automatically assigned based on schedule and preferences. This system will reduce the miscommunication and ensure that each household member is aware of their responsibilities. The automated task assignment feature will consider the schedules and preferences of each family member, making sure that tasks are distributed fairly and efficiently. This will help with the issue of miscommunication and lack of accountability that often arises from verbal assignments. No one will be able to say they forgot or did not know. Reminders will be sent out and even having the ability to communicate with other members if something unexpected was to come up.

No one likes doing chores but doing it right the very first time will limit having to redo them down the line.

These benefits will include improved communication, enhanced accountability, reduced stress, and increased efficiency.With improved communication, it will be achieved through the a primary task management system and connected communication features. This will ensure that all household members are informed about chore assignments and updates. This will reduce any misunderstandings and conflicts, which will improve overall communication throughout the household. Enhanced responsibility will be ensured through the automated task assignment and formal monitoring and follow-up system, making each household member aware of their responsibilities and accountable for completing their tasks. This will address the issue of denial of accountability and ensure that chores are completed the right way.

With designing this structured and organized system for managing chores, we can limit the stress between household management/responsibilities. The clear task assignments and proper methods for task completion will cause sense of order and reduce the chaos and frustration that arises from not being done. Increased efficiency will be achieved through the task being completed and monitoring/follow-up system, ensuring that chores are completed to a consistent standard and on time. This will reduce the chances of double efforts and wasted time for everyone who lives in the home.
