2. Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) [7 Marks]. For the process you have identified in the previous section draw a process model using BPMN. Use a professional BPMN drawing tool to design the processes.
3. Process Performance Management (BPM) [7 Marks]. For each process, implement time and cost analysis, calculate the process cycle time and then estimate the cost of the process (i.e. Annual volume of awards, FTE and labor cost)

Process Evaluation Summary [1 Mark]. After you have completed the performance evaluation for each process, create a summary that outlines your findings. In particular expose possible problems you have identified and suggest probable improvements.
