Quality Improvement Project Part 3: Summary and Recommendations:

Include 1 paragraph only summarizing the quality problem you are analyzing, as stated in Part 1 of this project. Do NOT copy/paste from your Part 1 paper. Instead, refine and summarize based on your learning to date.

2. Include 1-2 paragraphs summarizing the data and continuous improvement tools you collected and created, as stated in Part 2 of this project. Do NOT copy/paste from your Part 2 paper. Instead, refine and summarize based on your learning to date.

3. Devote the remaining 3+ pages to explaining your recommendations for how to improve this quality problem. Give 3 or 4 detailed and specific recommendations. Explain how these recommendations reduce the quality issues and how the data informs your recommendations. Incorporate 3-4 specific quality concepts learned from this course and cite the concepts within your paper by the page # found in the text book where the concept was explained.
