Can you help with this case based on lawsuit summited?

Julie Morgan is a fan of some teddy bears that are manufactured by the Akemi Tanaka Company factory in Japan. Said teddy bears are not sold in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or in the United States; They are only available in stores in Japan and through the factory's website. The language of the company's website is Japanese, and they do not ship products to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or the United States; they only deliver locally in Japan.

Due to Julie Morgan's desire to have one of these teddy bears, she decides to order one online and put the address of an aunt who lives in Japan to receive it. Once the aunt receives it at her house in Japan, she sends it to Julie by regular mail.

Within two (2) weeks of receiving it, she detaches an eye from the teddy bear. Julie's cat, Milo, eats the detached eye of the teddy bear and dies immediately. Julie is very sad about the death of her cat and decides to sue the company in the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, against the Akemi Tanaka factory. The amount requested by Julie is one million dollars, for the suffering of her cat's death and for her mental anguish.
