Can you please check my math? It doesn't look right because the sample size is pretty big and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I think I calculated E wrong but I'm not sure how else to do it.

Suppose we wanted to calculate a 95% confidence interval for the population mean , and that the tolerable error (i.e., W) is one second (that is, 1/60 minutes). What sample size is needed to achieve these specifications? Please show all of your calculations.

equation: n=(z^2 ^2)/E^2E= W/2= (1/60)/2= 0.0083 = 0.083 (found in earlier problem) z=1.96
