Use an external CSS file to set all the styles for the web page. It should be validated on

Add a comment in the head section with your name and the assignment name. Add a

comment somewhere in the body section explaining something your code is doing.

Add a link to project $3$ in domains. Submit your html file and css file to D$2$L$.$ Both files

should validate.

In the comment section of the assignment dropdown list the animations and where they

are located. Failure to list your animations will result in a $110\_"$ point deduction. Remember $"\_$

that there has to be three unique animations.
