You are given basic solutions available from linear fracture mechanics for i) middle figure- applied uniform tensile stress S, and ii) rightmost figure- bending moment M (associated maximum stress SM) when the crack of size a is oriented as shown (\theta =0).(Fs and Fm are correction factors as function a/b ratio associated with the loading).
