Once you have downloaded the spreadsheet, you will need to customize the data to fit your company and make it possible to run the custom reports and queries you requested above. For example, you may need to add a column that includes each customers current balance, total purchases, date of membership, or any other information that you would collect about your customers in order to run your company efficiently.
