Null hypothesis-There is no evidence in average amounts spent each week in the UK cities based recorded spending data for the five UK cities

Alternative hypothesis- Average amount spent in each week in the UK cities is proportional to the recorded spending data for the five UK cities

Can you please write the full notation for H0 and Ha though - eg -

H_a:rho, mu, xbar > .....

for the scenario given.... rho, mu, xbar, y(hat) - How you write what is given mathematically not just as a sentence.

I don't know how to do that component.
