A bracket $($AISI $1040$ HR steel$)$ is attached to a fixed plate $($AISI $1040$ HR steel$)$ by means of two $M10$ steel bolts as shown the figure below. The force $F$ is caused by a hanging monkey having $300kg$ average mass. Sometimes at a time $10$ monkeys hang on to the bracket at a time. Assume $t=60mm.$

Do a complete static and fatigue analysis of this bolted connection and find if two M$10$ steel bolts will be able to carry the prescribed load. If not, how will you make changes in this design. Explain in detail. Please go through all the steps as required. Pleaser note that there are two washers used with each bolt.
