There are several layers of which change is implemented into my organization given that there are muliple levels of leadership that may implement change ranging from the POTUS and SECWAR down to squadron and flight level leadership. The culture for change in my organization is dynamic and seemingly oscillating. With each presidential administration and change-of-command at the various levels, organizational goals are tweaked and reshaped, but ultimately remain the core purpose and values remain. Regarding our purpose culture, leadership's consistent reminder during daily and weekly briefings to ensure our actions reflect our core values fosters both purpose and accountability culture. To expound on this, flight and squadron level leadership regularly lead by example in day-to-day activity such as upholding fitness standards or being subject matter experts further displays accountability and purpose. Coaching and learning culture is displayed through regularly providing Professional Development Seminars, enabling members to share unique skills and experience to share with peers and subordinates.
