Assessment Description

In many industries, planning the completion of a project, study, or research is essential to ensure tasks and goals are met within an adequate timeline. In many cases, a completion plan is created so that all stakeholders can have a measurable indicator of the tasks that remain for completion.

In consultation with the instructor, review all work completed to date for the capstone. One milestone may be entirely complete and well-written, while another may require significant improvement.

In this assignment, you will devise acompletion plan for all milestones, including revisions of previous work as suggested by the instructor. Review the deadlines for completing assignments and milestones in this course. It is recommended that you try to complete assignments ahead of their due dates in order to allocate more time for those components that require more work or additional iterations.

Submit a concrete plan for completing the Capstone project, to include:

A list of all required components grouped by milestone.
For each component indicate: a) current status, b) requirements of the desired performance (if revision needed), c) completion date, and d) resources needed.

The instructor will provide appropriate feedback and you will then have an opportunity to revise this plan.
