Exploring your Career Pathway E$-$ Portfolio: $(30\%)$

Based on your self$-$ introductions and identified dream job $($in week$1),$ you are required to build an e$-$portfolio where you plan, search, and create pathways needed to achieve your dream job. These includebut not limited to resume, cover letter, required credentials $($certificates$,$ courses$),$ professionaldevelopment $($specialized conferences, events for networking, relevant training...$),$ social mediabranding, job interview preparations, conducting a job interview, contract, and package negotiation.

This capstone project is a semester$-$long and starts from day $1.$ You are free to use your creativity tomake the best of this exploratory journey and apply your communication oral and written communicationskills. The backbones of this project are mainly your motivation, your individual research to collect, andcustomize your learning experience and your project based on your needs. As you learn, you willcompile resources and created work $($resume$,$ cover letter and more of your own selection$)$ to build youre$-$portfolio.

In addition, you are required to write weekly reflections on your learning experience in relation to thetopics and coursework as part of your e$-$portfolio. In week $14,$ you will write a final reflection on the

overall experience will close up your e$-$portfolio.

You will use Padlet $($free$)$ for the creation of your e$-$portfolio.

You are provided with one sample capstone project in the form of an e$-$portfolio for your reference.
