think will be affected.

$2)$ For each of the two issues$/$challenges you identified in part $1,$ cite key symptoms related to this

issue$/$challenge that you identified as you read the case. These should be facts or quotes from the case.

$3)$ For each of the two issues$/$challenges you identified in part $1,$ cite your recommended solution to this

issue$/$challenge and describe why you are convinced that this is the best solution available. Be sure to

include a strategy framework that you used in your analysis. A strategy framework should be clearly

drawn from the textbook and would typically be from the last chapter or two covered before the case.

$4)$ For each of the two recommendations you identified in part $3,$ describe at least three actions the firm

should implement to follow each recommendation and a timeline for each action.
