Step 2: Develop vision and mission statements for the organization. Step 3: Identify the organizations external opportunities and threats. Step 4: Identify the organizations internal strengths and weaknesses. Step 5: Mention the issue the company is facing Step 6: Recommend specific strategies and long-term objectives to handle the issue. Compare your recommendations to actual strategies planned by the company. Step 7: Specify how your recommendations can be implemented and what results you can expect. Step 8: Present a timetable or agenda for action Step 9 (optional): Recommend procedures for strategy review and evaluation. Format: The project must be typed (double spaced). The report should be around 10 pages (excluding title page, reference page, etc.). All sources of literature should be referenced using the APA style. Title page is mandatory.
