E$-$GREEN aims to develop and implement a sustainable system for disposing of electronic waste $($e$-$waste$).$ Their aim is to address the growing problem of discarded electronic devices, such as computers, phones, and other electronic gadgets, which can harm the environment if not handled properly. In $2023,$ E$-$GREEN launched a project that allows tech$-$users to drop and sell broken electronic devices at their workshops; however, the project was not successful because users persisted with the practice of keeping unused devices in their drawers at home or putting them out with the rest of the trash. Generally, they do not seem to want to make the effort of driving to workshops to dispose of e$-$waste. In $2024,$ E$-$GREEN decided to partner with local business communities and government entities to promote awareness, provide accessible collection points, and ensure proper recycling processes that recover valuable materials and safely dispose of hazardous components. For example, this year, they will place e$-$waste disposal capsules next to the entrances of giant retail stores like Game, Macro, Spar, Pick n Pay, Checkers, etc.Perfokm a swot analysis of the project
