This is a descriptive case study from real-life change management project. Read thoroughly to answer the following points: 1. Explain the driving and restraining forces of the change initiative VLF took 2. Discuss VLF leadership of change, strategies and tactics that are used in change management process. 3. Examine the affected stakeholders by change and discuss its implications to the change process (think using the Kulber-Ross Change Curve, iceberg, stakeholder typology, RACI model) and effectiveness of approaches used to deal with them. 4. Identify the key steps and activities VLF had undertaken in its change management process 5. If you were a decision maker at VLF, how would you assess the change management process? (what did they do well, what could they have done differently in change management phases)
