1. Read the Integrated Case Case Study 1: Training Security Guards page 469 in the text.

2. Using the details from the case study complete the templates in FOL. 3. This material aligns with the content in Modules 4, 5 and 10. It is recommended that you complete each part of the Case at that time. Case Questions (Also in the Assignment Template):

1. Write 3 training objectives for the security guard training program.

2. Is active learning and adaptive expertise relevant for the security guard training program? Explain how active learning elements might be included in the training.

3. What off-the-job training methods should be used for the security guard training program? Consider each of the instructional methods described in Table 5.1. Which methods would you recommend, and which ones would you not use? Explain your answer
