Work on that and carry out the following tasks - (You may consider your own organisation where you are currently working or any other organisation you have knowledge of; this is skill assignment, so please use appropriate tools, charts, tables to demonstrate your competency) 1. Develop a program and project register. Project name Stakeholders involved Area or deliverables Resources needed Alignment with ORG goals Priority index Data security project etc XYZD project AT least 4 You are free to make this table/register bigger and with more fields 1 2 II. Identify and assess key drivers, internal and external sources of impact for projects and programs within the portfolio. Suppose for marketing project - key drivers can be market scenario changes, or technology etc For data security project can be - Govt regulations etc III. Examine projects and check whether they properly align with strategic objectives. IV. Analyse project that do not align with organization's strategic objectives. v. Categorise projects and programs according to each strategic objective. Again in a table show - one side strategic objectives and how they match project goals etc VI. Document and review organisational prioritisation methods. VII. Prioritise projects and programs based on their alignment and strategic importance.
