QHESTIQN 2 Siva and Ah Chong had known each other for almost 20 years. They had been dealing with business matters as supplier and customer. Siva owns a manufacturing company that produce drinking water. Ah Chong has a grocery and frequently order a few boxes of drinking water from Siva. One day, Ah Chong found that the stock for drinking water had reduced. He contacts Siva to order 50 boxes of drinking water. In the agreement, it is stated that the quantity of boxes supplied is 50. Ah Chong trusted Siva and proceeds with the payment for 50 boxes of drinking water. However, later he discovered that the real quantity of boxes was less than 50. He counted again and realized that there were only 45 boxes supplied to him. He then asked Siva, but Siva claimed that he supplied the correct quantity as stated in the agreement. Ah Chong wants to take legal action against Siva.
