The Co-ordinator at Blue Bay Early Learning Centre, Jai, has a list of maintenance jobs that he has been meaning to address. Jai has been busy with other things and is not good at delegating, so the maintenance list has simply been put aside.

a) Read Jais Maintenance List and refer to your text to: i. Identify what the risk is to the educator/child ii. Assess the risk Low, Moderate, and Significant/High iii.
