Once the trend of the COVID-19 pandemic cases has declined, many people started to do some travelling activiy again and utilise the travel apps to prepare their ticket and hotel booking. As a UX consultant, your tasks is to build an app that help user to plan their travel. A well-established giants like Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Traveloka.com or Ticket.com tend to dominate the scene. Create a travel app with useful features that can stand out from the competition.

2. Create a customer journey you would expect your customer will experience when using your app

using the approach on a good customer experience (CX) design.
