Company A usually will handle project related to coal production. However, due to pandemic covd-19, Company A involved in the IT project. With a limited staff that was overwhelmed by increasing business demands, project quality began to wane for this company as they were occupied with managing the IT project portfolio. This had caused sudden increases in project execution capabilities and productivity. However, this also had resulted in increasing of operational cost avoidance during the current budget year. Although the projects had been completed, the cost of project delivery was still increasing. Therefore, something was wrong in that situation.
