The monthly meeting agenda includes discussing the team’s work progress and accomplishments for the previous month. It also includes planning out the division of work between the bookkeeper and two (2) of the accounting staff for the upcoming month. Amanda Ford, bookkeeper - file documents to maintain historical records, prepare trial balances and reconciling entries
Accounting staff 1 - prepare a cost-benefit analysis of Options 1, 2, 3 and 4 for Essenziale Cosmeticos’s latest major project.
Accounting staff 2 - prepare a cost-benefit analysis of Options 5, 6, 7 and 8 for Essenziale Cosmeticos’s latest major project.
The members of your team have delivered beyond your expectations. They have dedicated their time and efforts well to ensure that the goals are attained. Each member of the team has their strong points, and you want to commend and thank them for a job well done. Remember to mention these during your meeting.
Amanda Ford, bookkeeper – for working past her usual office hours to deliver compliance requirements to the ATO and for assisting you in coming up with a scheme that helps lower tax.
Accounting Staff 1 and 2 – for helping install a tool that made monitoring payments easier and for assisting you and Amanda in the delivery of several requirements.
